My Side of the Mountain is a 2019 fic based on Jean Craighead George’s book of the same name. Thandi runs away from home and is found by a wild boy calling himself Briar. Together they survive in the wilderness and raise animals like their children, growing attached to one another and becoming “married”.
Civilized society returns to ruin it all, but Briar won’t have it. He goes to rescue his wife.

Charlie, believing her dead, decides to take Istres by force to push his ideals across the continent in her memory. He mourns her nightly, and on finding Thandi lost and without memories, fighting him tooth and nail, he crumples easily and brings her home.
It’s up to Thandi to regain her memories and find the truth behind what happened in the years of her absence.

Blackthorn is a 2020 Evilbee fic where Thandi is taken as a prisoner of war. She is collared and kept as a pet, where she finds that the man who has taken her is more vulnerable than she thought.

Summoning Circle is a 2019 fic where Thandi participates in a fun meme where she pretends to summon her favorite character by placing five items on the points of a summoning circle.
Unfortunately, she has an innate understanding of the character and actually summons him! And worse… he’s the villain.

Automatic Diary is a 2019 fic where Thandi gets a magical book that mirrors the diary of the person who she’s meant to be with. It ends up being the irksome town doctor who can’t seem to hold anything in his hands for longer than two seconds when she sees him!
This ended up being a heated vinyl experiment! It turned out pretty okay, but not great. I’m not really sure what I’m doing still.
for the most part i am pleased with it, though you can see where i lingered with the iron if you look for too long.

An Arrangement is a 2021 arranged marriage/pregnancy fic where Thandi becomes Charlie’s teacher under the guise of fiancee. They agree to be married platonically… and then the marriage becomes all too real.
Charlie taps his fingers on the table as he reads the leaflet in front of him, slightly crumpled from Rev’s beak. Thandi Kahsu’s smiling face is there, a cute hand-drawn cartoon of herself.

The Witch’s Cat is a 2019 fic based off of some random Tumblr writing prompt where a witch tells her suitors that whoever catches her familiar and gets the key round its neck can become her partner— while in reality she is the cat.
Chandis are collections of drabbles and vignettes that I collect in one place until the document gets too big and then I move on to another one.
This one took one month to do because it contained a lot of Snake and Raven, which I have omitted since that is all published on its own page now. It will significantly shorten the volume but (shrug)! No need to publish something twice.

The first time they kiss, there’s only searing pain.
Thandi laughs as she feels him sweep her up and lift her, kissing her neck as they spin.
Charlie opens his arms to Thandi. “Come home,” he mumbles.
Thandi reaches out to touch Charlie’s shoulder. He jerks away as if scalded and throws her a look over his shoulder, anger still sparking fiercely.
This Thandi woman kidnapped me.
Thandi feels something brush her legs and looks down to see the velvety head of a panther.
Charlie squeezes Thandi with all his might, spinning her as he laughs.
Everything is calming down. Charlie drops to the ground, sitting, relief plain.
Charlie slinks into camp, walking back as a panther. He sits at the edge of the firelight, eyes on Thandi. She stares back at him.
Thandi is on the prowl. She stalks her prey, tail whipping, ears folded back. He pauses and looks up, and she hears the whisper of feathers and the loud rasp of a raven.
A 2019 fic where Charlie and Thandi have a nasty breakup, only to be reunited a month before his wedding to another woman. Thandi resolves to steal him back.
