I do not remember the context.

Charlie being scared to expose too much skin was always a thing for him. The bathing suit was because he wanted a third layer in case a suitor succeeded in disrobing his first two.

He threw his shoe at someone for being dodgy. And him as a rat. He wore clothes as an animal.
